Shipping and processing times: where we ship, how long each piece takes, and what happens if anything runs late.
Where we ship
Every piece ships from California by USPS with tracking. We ship to addresses in the United States only for now. If you are outside the US and would like a piece, email the studio and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
What shipping costs
Nothing extra. Free US shipping is included in every price on this site. There is no separate shipping charge and no handling fee at checkout; the price shown on the product page is the price you pay, plus sales tax where it applies.
Processing time
Ready to ship pieces are already finished and leave within 1 to 3 business days. Made to order pieces are crocheted after you order and take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the piece. Each product page shows its own range in business days and the date your piece would ship by if you ordered today. Business days are Monday to Friday.
Transit time
USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2 to 5 business days within the US. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships.
If anything runs late
If a piece will take longer than the time shown when you ordered, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Address changes
Email us as soon as possible if your shipping address changes. We can update it any time before the piece ships. After that, USPS package intercept may be possible, but we cannot promise it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stops moving or a piece arrives damaged, email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. The details are on our returns and exchanges page.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. It is shown before you pay.
